At Barretina Drip, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement upon review.

To request this, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Sizing Responsibility

Please ensure you check the size guide carefully before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
